Female Engineer Network

The Female Engineer Network has the purpose to inspire and motivate female engineers in Sweden. At Betsson Group, equality and diversity plays a fundamental part in our everyday life and we embrace the value of different characteristics and culture differences and are striving for diversity in all areas; culture, age and gender. We have been successful when it comes to recruiting colleagues with different backgrounds and nationalities and by focusing even more on activities arranged for women, such as FEM, we hope to increase the number of female colleagues in the office. We believe that strength, innovative ideas and creativity comes from differences and would benefit from an increased balance in gender distribution.
