Betsson Backs the University of Malta Students’ Futsal Team

Betsson Group is proud to support the University of Malta Futsal Team for the 2024/2025 season. As part of our ongoing CSR initiatives, we are providing the team with essential support, including rental of courts, buying of equipment, buying of kits and matchday attire, payment of coaching staff and players. 

This student-led club operates on a fully amateur basis, bringing together players from diverse social and sporting backgrounds who share a passion for futsal. Run entirely by students, for students, the team embodies a strong sense of unity and dedication.  

Betsson’s support for the University of Malta Futsal Team dates back to the 2018/2019 season when Betsson had already supported the team. Then for the 2020/2021 season, during the COVID-19 period, Betsson sponsored all the face masks used by players, technical staff, executive committee, sub-committees, media team, and the advisory board.  

With this sponsorship, we look forward to seeing the team continue to develop and progress during this futsal season.
